**What youll be doing:**

**The Talent Insights Advisor is passionate about enabling data-driven decisions, who gets excited about the correlation of HR Data, People and Business Performance. The work performed will be both project-based and ad-hoc and will involve gathering relevant data for in-depth analyses. This position will be responsible to produce materials that address business needs with meaningful insights and suggested courses of action. These materials will include written analysis, visual presentations, and interactive dashboards.**

**What you bring to the table**

+ Ability to manage and execute on analytical projects impacting the talent lifecycle, including headcount and workforce planning, talent management, career development, inclusion and diversity, engagement, and retention.

+ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, telling a comprehensive story along with providing insights and recommendations that are impactful and drive results through meaningful presentations.

+ A pro-active mindset to identify areas of opportunity and develops recommendations for future considerations.

+ The will to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, working with stakeholders at all levels.

+ Collaborative mindset to build interactive dashboards tailored to the various business units across the organization to meet our customers needs of having critical information at their fingertips.

+ Knack to remain well-informed of trends in the field of people analytics. Stay current with new technologies as well as best practices from other organizations. Monitors competitive trends and utilizes that information to inform analyses.

+ Inclusively build relationships across the organization, providing ongoing consultation and serving as a strategic business partner to area leaders on people analytics. Conduct ongoing needs assessment with business partners and provide expertise and guidance on how to best utilize people data to drive results.

**Qualifications :**

**Whats needed**

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ 2-4 years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong analytical and collaborative skills.

+ Advanced analytical skills. Working knowledge of statistical concepts, correlation, regression and forecasting.

+ Ability to follow structured analytic processes, recognizing key interrelationships and patterns among data to help drive to the right conclusion.

+ Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI and Tableau) and data transformation tools (Alteryx) and data warehouse concepts.

+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

+ Strong verbal presentation skills as well as proficient in preparing professional visual presentations. Comfortable presenting to Senior Leaders with well-articulated suggested courses of action.

+ Strong project management and problem-solving skills; curious; able to identify root cause of complex problems

+ Skilled in building relationships with business partners across the organization and proactively assessing needs.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Bachelors degree

+ HR or People Analytics experience

+ Experience with SQL-based dimensional and tabular models, including trouble-shooting and routine maintenance.
