**Job description:**

Manages customer relationships for assigned account portfolio. Responsible for account retention and collaborate with Sales Representative and/or customers directly by providing promotional product/event solutions. Researches and recommends promotional products and services, solicits quotes, negotiates with vendors, and executes orders.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Provide the best customer experience by identifying and understanding internal or external customer needs and interests and delivery customer-centric solutions

+ Establish and maintain effective, personable customer relationships

+ Deliver consistent communication by utilizing Service Level Agreements and quick parts

+ Anticipate customer needs and provide services beyond customer expectations

+ Build relationships with assigned sales rep(s) to enhance the customer experience by collaborating on key projects with frequent communication and gain alignment on roles and responsibilities

+ Prepare quotes and process orders through the order entry process

+ Create product ideation by sourcing from approved suppliers to meet the customers needs and in-hands dates.

+ Build quote using assigned margins and pricing rulesets

+ Work with vendors by making calls to negotiate pricing, processing purchase orders, obtaining product proofs, and following through to order completion.

+ Work with expeditors on order flow.

+ Partner with finance team to facilitate the billing process based on customers invoicing process (e-pro, credit card, on-account). Collaborate with finance team on billing resolutions and open orders

+ Manage complex projects which may include multiple destination shipments, kitting/fulfillment, international shipping or rush orders. Attention to detail and multitasking are essential

+ May be invited to Staple Promotional Productss annual National Sales Meetings to explore new product offerings, keep up to date on trends and network with vendors

**Qualifications :**



+ Customer service experience and promotional products merchandising or purchasing skills

+ Excellent at building customer relationships and communication skills including verbal and written such as e-mail and phone skills.

+ Demonstrates proficiency of Microsoft programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) and industry experience with ESP or SAGE

+ Demonstrates organizational skills with capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

+ 2 to 4 years of related work experience
