Position Description:
Position Purpose:
Planning, implementing and monitoring hiring activities.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- Conduct interviews with applicants.
- Source candidates for potential interviews
- Coach and educate hiring supervisors on interviewing, recruiting and hiring techniques.
- Plan, arrange and execute participation in career fairs and expos.
- Facilitate new initiatives and complete other special projects assigned by manager.Nature and Scope:
- Typically reports to Manager Recruiting.
- This position has no direct reports.Environmental Job Requirements:

1. Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
