Position Description:
Position Purpose: The Project Leader of CRM and Analytics will support the development and execution of the CRM strategy including leveraging CRM best practices, conducting research and analyzing data to build recommendations for optimizing the tool and drive applicant flow. This Project Leader needs a deep understanding of documenting business needs and building solutions in partnership with internal and external partners. The responsibilities of this role will include user/system administration, process support and optimization, and troubleshooting errors and system issues. The Project Leader will bring innovative, fresh and actionable efficiencies and technology solutions to our Talent Acquisition strategy in support of our mission to hire better talent faster.
A successful candidate will be experienced in retail staffing data, CRM management, trend analysis and/or business reporting, with an aptitude for HR/TA technology; have strong organizational and interpersonal skills; exhibit a keen attention to detail, be a proactive, strategic thinker and a strong cross-functional partner; be comfortable responding to urgent requests and working on complex and ambiguous problems, and approach work with a passion for customer service and delivering high-quality results.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
Conduct research to identify industry trends, monitor demographics and assess the competitive landscape
Develop and utilize statistical analysis and data modeling to assess the financial impact and efficiency gains from TA projects/ initiatives
Leverage industry trends and statistical analysis to influence creation and prioritizing of TA projects
Assess, improve, and standardize TA related processes enterprise-wide
Project lead TA-related projects/ initiatives
Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers to create and execute hiring initiatives
Initiate and facilitate discussions with internal partners (e.g. Operations, Labor Management, etc.) to support and enable staffing initiatives
Prepare formal presentations based on key findings to TA leadership
Nature and Scope:
Typically reports to a Senior Manager
No direct responsibility for supervising others.
Environmental Job Requirements: Environment:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
