DESCRIPTION

The program manager will be responsible for (1) managing the working group which will continue to build out framework resources and (2) managing the task forces that will be spun up for critical production environment change . (3) Defining and Product Managing a Product to handle these types of Events. (4) Managing other Products as needed.

Partnered with a PM from the Service team, the PSE PM will manage the outreach campaign from planning to resolution for Enterprise Support and non-Enterprise Support customers. The responsibilities include internal communications, building timelines, liaising with field teams, Service teams, Partner teams, managing the portfolio of events, providing reporting.

Manage each project portfolio for a PSE from planning to resolution. These tasks include: manage the workgroup and timelines, build requirements with the tooling team, coordinate reviewing communications and directions to account managers, SAs and TAMs, updating sponsors on progress, burn down rate (metrics), risks and next actions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's Degree
· 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
· Experience with end to end product delivery
· Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
· Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
· Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Knowledge of AWS Platform
· Knowledge of AWS Services
· Experience with AWS Workflows
· Meets/exceeds Amazon€™s leadership principles requirements for this role
· Meets/exceeds Amazon€™s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
