Position Description:
POSITION PURPOSE

The Manager CRM Technologies will be responsible for growing customer value through defining, leading and executing technology and data infrastructure solutions that supports the CRM activation activities. This includes showing thought leadership in utilizing our existing CRM technologies and providing solutions to bring in new technologies as needed. This position will also lead the coordination and collaboration of CRM activities with internal groups like Strategic Marketing, Retail Media+, homedepot.com and IT, manage multiple data sources and systems, and manage all external agency technology relationships including exceeding service level agreements.MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • 15% - Performs a variety of tasks related to outbound direct marketing campaigns and process improvements within the CRM operation to execute a sophisticated contact management plan
  • 15% - Leads definition and standardization of the selection criteria, segments, measurement methods, and data sources to build the campaign, creation and delivers the post analysis
  • 15% - Acts as liaison with CRM and IT teams to ensure data strategy and integration is managed according to campaign management vision
  • 15% - Provides technical guidance and alignment to other internal groups on CRM technologies
  • 10% - Establishes the process for developing technical application standards, platforms and frameworks; ensures that the technical standards are communicated and used effectively throughout The Home Depot Marketing organization
  • 10% - Manages the portfolio of applications to ensure that the foundation is sound and well integrated; Leads external agencies and technical providers to ensure they are integrated and efficient
  • 10% - Ensures that all integration points between databases and application systems are mapped, documented and optimized; develops and manages the integration of new technologies into existing application systems
  • 10% - Remains knowledgeable of and is capable of implementing best practices for CRM technologies to prove Home Depot as a competitive stanceNATURE AND SCOPE
    • This position reports to the Senior Manager, CRM.
    • This position has up to 4 direct reports.ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
      Environment:
      • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.Travel:
        • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
