innovative team that will accelerate category growth for print &
promotional products. The Business Development Specialist will focus on
customer acquisition. You will cold call new potential clients, client business
referrals, or web leads and provide prospective customers/clients with all
services offered,

+ Cold calling; making multipleoutbound calls to potential clients

+ Researching potential leads from businessdirectories, web searches, or digital resources

+ Qualifying leads from digitalcampaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.

+ Creating and maintaining alist/database of prospect clients

+ Presenting and deliveringinformation to potential clients


+ Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and salesmetrics

+ Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to closesales

+ Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospectiveclient information

**Essential skills and experience:**

+ High School diploma or equivalent

+ Proven ability to sell as part of a team

+ Comfortable with financial sales tracking and analysis

+ Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

**Preferred skills and experience:**

+ Bachelors Degree in BusinessAdministration or related field

+ Minimum of 2 years sales/salessupport experience

+ Spanish speaking a plus

+ Experience with Salesforce.com, AdobeIllustrator, Photoshop, and Publisher

+ Previous experience in the print,promotional, or marketing field
