Staples Enterprise Solutions team develops and supports the systems and tools that support the Staples enterprise: human capital management, financial accuracy and compliance, as well as growth through acquisitions and synergies with those new acquisitions. This domain in the SDS organization is comprised of four areas:



+ Corporate Systems

+ Human Resources

+ Finance

+ Mergers and Acquisitions



**Your Role**



Customer-focused, energetic, engaging and experienced individual to join our Kronos UKG Application Support Team who will deliver comprehensive, high quality support on the UKG Kronos Workforce Central product having good knowledge and configuration expertise with focus on Time & Labor Management and Pay Policy, Accrual Policy, Attendance Policy, Access Profiles, Scheduling, and Device Management modules respectively.



**What Youll Do**



+ Deliver timely solutions to customers while maintaining customer satisfaction

+ Effectively assess technical situations and establish priorities/severities in accordance with customer service level agreement

+ Analyze customer configuration and effectively use internal and external resources such as knowledgebase, user/admin manuals, and internet resources to troubleshoot the problem

+ Manage incident / project capacity in adherence to departmental goals and policies

+ Effectively manage incidents / problems through multiple channels while documenting precise troubleshooting and customer interaction details

+ Work individually and with the team to solve technical problems while communicating trending issues and sharing best practices



**Qualifications :**



**Who You Are**



The ideal candidate for this position will have strong troubleshooting skills and a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience working with Kronos Workforce Central v 8.1 or higher. On this fast-paced team, the engineer will need to exemplify outstanding customer service skills as well as troubleshooting skills. The Support Engineer will have a passion for problem solving, technology, and helping others to promote an amazing customer experience.



**The Skills You Bring**



+ Domain knowledge in one or all of the following areas: Payroll, HR, Time and Attendance

+ Experience in interacting with business users, ability to create technical requirements documents and specification documents for system improvements.

+ Work closely with teams to translate functional specifications into technical solutions.

+ Extensive experience implementing or supporting enterprise software applications and hardware used in web environments Preferred Qualifications.

+ Strong Kronos Workforce Central product knowledge and configuration expertise with focus on Time & Labor Management and Pay Policy, Accrual Policy, Attendance Policy, Access Profiles, Scheduling, and Device Management modules respectively.

+ Experience in writing SQL queries, data analysis, and validation using standard Kronos API's

+ Bachelors Degree
