Job Description: This position is responsible for leading strategic change and transformation activities across E-Commerce for all Albertsons banners. The position manages the Project Life Cycle from idea generation through final execution and all resources and capital expenditures required to ensure a successful delivery, within scope and within budgetary constraints. The job spans all large E-commerce program initiatives, fulfillment software upgrades/new implementations, digital UX initiatives, and the operational implementation of new E-com stores. These mission critical projects all have a keen impact on the operating model, the customer experience and the desired growth of the business

This position is responsible for leading the management of strategic projects and the rollout of new initiatives, processes, and platforms across E-Commerce for all Albertsons banners. The position manages the Project Life Cycle from idea generation through final execution and all resources and capital expenditures required to ensure a successful delivery, within scope and within budgetary constraints. The job spans all large E-Commerce program initiatives, new formats and processes, fulfillment software upgrades/new implementations, and the operational implementation of new E-Commerce fulfillment locations (pick stores in existing & new banners). These mission critical projects all have a significant impact on the operating model, the customer experience, and the desired growth of the business.

Functional Responsibilities:
•Project Management across a variety of E-Commerce business initiatives or fulfillment software deployments through entire project life cycle
•Oversee the program/projects financials and make sure they are managed to timelines and budgetary allocations
•Oversee the deployment of new store implementations across various banners focused primarily on site specific construction needs, rollout of new services, software deployment, and employee training/on-boarding
•Highlight and advocate for necessary business process and organizational changes required to successfully drive the project management roadmap
•Develop a working playbook of best operational practices that will be implemented across all E-Commerce locations
•Direct timelines and milestones across functional boundaries. Creating credibility and a common vision with Division Leadership, Operations, Marketing, IT, Product, Legal, and Property Management to drive the agenda is mission critical
•Align and allocate resources that creates a balanced workload, promotes cross training opportunities and provides flexibility based on ever-changing priorities
•Hire, develop, and motivate team of direct/indirect reports. Create succession plans and growth opportunities to keep the team engaged
•Streamline the construction contractor bidding and selection process and leverage economies of scale where appropriate (i.e. cost plus modeling)  

Knowledge and Experience:
•Minimum of 8 years of Professional Experience that shows steady progression in responsibilities and Masters Degree or equivalent
•At least 5 years managing a team of operations and/or project management professionals on operations related implementations
•Ability to think big-picture, pro-active identification of conflicting dependencies and resourcefulness to navigate around these potential pitfalls
•High degree of maturity and professionalism due to senior leadership exposure
•Experience presenting to large audiences in addition to effective written and verbal skills
•Ability to influence cross-functionally, mentor and motivate direct reports
•Experience utilizing a variety of Project Management tools/software (i.e. MS Project, Gantt Charts) to track progress against key milestones and identify level of risk to plan
•Demonstrated experience leading large scale cross-functional projects from initiation to completion
•Track-record of working on systems functionality enhancements and understanding the interdependencies across the impacted applications
•Develop and execute short and long-term business plans that are in alignment with Division/Corporate goals and objectives
• Previous experience in an e-commerce retail or grocery industry role, PMP Certification and strong analytical skills
